Responsibilities

Requirements
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Professional phone presence and clear spoken English Reliable computer, internet connection, and remote work environment Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor Strong written communication for notes, updates, and call documentation Comfort using browser-based tools, CRMs, or ticketing systems Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions consistently Prior customer service, call center, intake, scheduling, or support experience preferred
