The company website needed to function as more than a brochure: it had to support technical SEO, regional search growth, conversion measurement, secure client and staff workflows, and ongoing product expansion.

Scope

What the work covered

  • Django public platform architecture and production operations
  • Technical SEO, canonicals, robots, sitemap and structured-data controls
  • Mobile-first performance, accessibility and static-asset optimization
  • Search Console analysis and first-party conversion measurement
  • Service, audience and regional landing-page expansion
  • Security headers, CSP, HSTS and production health/readiness checks

Case detail

The growth was real, but not uniform

In the latest 28-day period the site produced 3,319 impressions compared with 1,500 in the previous 28 days, while weighted average position improved from roughly 32.57 to 29.90. Clicks moved from 14 to 11, so the next constraint was not hidden: CTR and SERP presentation required focused work.

Case detail

Search became an operating feedback loop

Query and page data were used to decide where to expand, where to hold content stable, and where to test SERP presentation. The Winchester experiment is one example of treating rankings, impressions and clicks as separate signals instead of declaring success from visibility alone.
